Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring efficient operations. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, bending, lifting, and walking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Work independently or in a team environment, following instructions accurately.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
