Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will play a vital part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, clean the store, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain cleanliness standards, and possess excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
