Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and neatness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
