Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well within a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
