Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with colleagues will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and keep the store tidy and organized.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Work closely with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Provide feedback on products, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently or within a team environment.
