Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and provide feedback on product quality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
• Ability to meet handling and selling requirements for alcoholic beverages.
