Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create a top-notch shopping environment for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. guidelines
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience will be considered
