Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• Experience in retail environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
