We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-stocked shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management and manage inventory levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
