Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
