Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
