Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multitasking and following company policies.
