Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
