Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and company guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
