Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store is clean and organized at all times. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will help create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist with inventory management and store maintenance
• Operate cash register accurately

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Operate equipment effectively and safely
• Work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
