Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our store staff, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
