Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
