Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the shopping experience for our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and collaborating effectively with our team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
