Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will be merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are attractive and organized.
• Provide feedback on products and any store-related issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
