Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
