Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively within the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Handle equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
