Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Track inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience as a bonus.
