Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
