Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store always looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. mindset and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team and management.
• Help with inventory management and participate in store counts.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company standards.
• Adhere to company policies and security procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Able to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience a plus.
