Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize displays, and stock shelves accurately.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of handling and selling alcoholic beverages based on state and local regulations.
