Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with store equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
