Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Collaborate with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and equipment
• Interpretation and application of company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
