Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains high standards and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Participate in store inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
