Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-maintained and that customers receive exceptional service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and cleaning, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
