Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering, you will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
