Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, cashiering, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with the average hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate cash register operation.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
