Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers and follow company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
