Responsibilities: Work flexible schedules, follow department procedures, maintain product quality and rotation, provide excellent customer service, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and assist with inventory checks.
Desired Work Experience: No prior retail experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to learn about products, excellent communication skills, teamwork, time management, passion for natural foods.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, use hands for various tasks, work in different temperatures, use tools and equipment.
