Job Description
The Restoration Superintendent at BluSky is responsible for overseeing all restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects. This role involves vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring top-notch quality throughout the process. The Superintendent works closely with occupants and property owners to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction. WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications are highly desired for this position.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential and commercial construction, general contracting, or restoration experience preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel nationally for emergency and non-emergency response.
- Effective communication skills with clients and internal/external contacts.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Job Demands
