Superintendent - Restoration

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Superintendent to join BluSky, a leading restoration company, on a full-time basis with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per year. The Restoration Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, managing vendor selection, material procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance. Certification in WRT, ASD, and Mold is highly desirable, and experience in mitigation, first responder, and emergency services is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations ensuring compliance with project scope, building permits, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, allocate project resources efficiently, and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Handle office management tasks including subcontractor agreements, invoicing, project schedules, and team training.
• Focus on profitability by meeting revenue goals, securing fair pricing, and tracking project finances.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential and commercial construction or restoration experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for emergency and non-emergency projects nationwide.
• Effective communication skills with clients and internal/external contacts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
