Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Restoration Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. As the Restoration Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing vendors, materials procurement, scheduling, and maintaining excellent communication with occupants and property owners to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned restoration projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company policies.
- Oversee subcontractors and BluSky personnel to ensure project success.
- Maintain updated project schedules and communicate progress effectively.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction or restoration.
- Strong project management skills.
- WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
