Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restoration Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. Candidates with WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, procure materials, schedule projects, and ensure quality standards.
- Work closely with occupants and property owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Run mitigation, first responder, and emergency services jobs when required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for emergency and non-emergency responses.
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage project resources efficiently.
