Job Description
BluSky is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to oversee restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects. As a Restoration Superintendent, you will be responsible for project management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications are highly valued for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with occupants and property owners to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Supervise BluSky personnel and subcontractors on-site.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications are a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
