Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join BluSky, a leading restoration company. In this role, you will oversee restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction. WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications are desirable for this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with occupants and property owners to guarantee exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with building permits, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise subcontractors, manage resources efficiently, and maintain high workmanship standards.
- Update project schedules, mentor junior team members, and contribute to profitability goals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential and commercial construction or restoration experience.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for emergency and non-emergency projects nationwide.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
