Superintendent - Restoration

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to oversee our restoration and reconstruction projects at BluSky. As the Restoration Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned projects, from vendor selection to materials procurement, and ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications, along with experience in mitigation and emergency services.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Field Management:

• Follow project scope and communicate discrepancies to the Project Director.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and resources efficiently.
• Supervise BluSky personnel and ensure high work standards.

Office Management:

• Execute subcontractor agreements and approve/reject invoices.
• Develop project schedules and mentor junior team members.
• Represent BluSky in emergency mitigation on-call management.

Profitability Management:

• Achieve billing, revenue, and profit margin goals.
• Secure fair pricing on jobs and track change orders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for emergency responses.

Education

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
