Job Description
We are looking to hire a driven Superintendent to oversee restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project success through vendor management, budgeting, quality control, and excellent customer service. WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications are highly desirable, and experience in mitigation and emergency services is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage project field operations, ensuring compliance with scope and regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and resources for efficient project execution.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Strong project management skills and ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
