Job Description
BluSky is looking for a dedicated Restoration Superintendent to oversee all aspects of restoration projects ensuring quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, field supervision, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of restoration projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, procure materials, schedule tasks, and maintain budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work.
- Maintain open communication with occupants and property owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction or restoration.
- Proven track record in project management.
- WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for project requirements.
