Superintendent - Restoration

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join BluSky, a leading restoration company. As the Restoration Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications such as WRT, ASD, and Mold, and have the ability to manage emergency services jobs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of restoration projects, including vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Work closely with occupants and property owners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Develop project schedules, mentor junior team members, and represent BluSky during emergency mitigation on-call management rotation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential and commercial construction or restoration experience.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel for emergency and non-emergency assignments nationwide.
• Effective communication skills for client and internal team interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
