Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. The ideal candidate will oversee restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. If you have WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications, along with experience in mitigation and emergency services, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from vendor selection to budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with permits, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise BluSky personnel and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work.
- Update schedules, track profitability, and handle change orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Project management expertise preferred.
- Ability to travel for both emergency and non-emergency losses.
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management abilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
