Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join the ALDI team at our Batavia, IL location. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and administering ALDI Supply Chain programs, ensuring the smooth economic flow of products to maximize sales and control expenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Transportation Management (TM), be proficient in Excel for data analysis, and have experience in defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Support the implementation of team strategies.
• Analyze work processes to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost reduction.
• Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical solutions.
• Create and automate reports and dashboards for streamlined information dissemination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language (e.g., VBA, R, SQL, Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization tools, and machine learning concepts is a plus.
