Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to provide guests with an exceptional experience, ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months as a JIB team member or 1 year in a supervisory role in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and may need ServSafe certification. Strong communication, math, and organizational skills required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate cash registers and monitors.
