Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our store, Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months of JIB experience with certifications or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Skills: Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and possess effective communication skills. Proficiency in basic math and organizational abilities are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate restaurant equipment during shifts.
