Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7103 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with JIB procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train team members in providing exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Maintain food quality and uphold guest expectations.
- Supervise daily operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
- 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Completion of Team Leader training classes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Capacity to lift and carry weights up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge.
