Team Leader: Store 7139

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7139 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience by delivering great tasting food, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure quality food and compliance with all JIB procedures.
• Execute on 20/20 guest expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of JIB experience OR 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant/retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
