Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box store (Store 7171). As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your duties include maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of JIB experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and hold ServSafe certification where required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency based on restaurant location.
  • Strong interpersonal, mathematical, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior.

Physical Requirements

You should be able to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, lift and carry moderate weights, listen to guest orders, operate a cash register, and read displays.
